Standard SR-H107 - Standard Radio Corp. (SR) - Japan - 1962. Portable radio with Medium Wave and Short Wave reception, the circuit is a superheterodyne with 8 germanium transistors (2SA103, 2SA31, 2SA112, 2SB32, 2SB32, 2SB32, 2SB33, 2SB33) and frequency coverage from 540 to 1600 KHz in MW and from 3.9 to 12 MHz in SW, the Intermediate Frequency resonates at 455 KHz. The antenna for the OM and OC is wound on a ferrite core but to implement the reception sensitivity a whip antenna can be screwed onto a bolt placed on the upper part of the cabinet. Power is supplied by 4 x 1.5 V AA type (LR6 or UM3) batteries. The dimensions are: 6.3 x 4.1 x 1.3 inch (WxHxD) and the weight is 1 lb 5.1 oz. This radio, like many others produced in Japan during the Cold War, also has two triangles on the dial corresponding to the two frequencies of the CONELRAD atomic attack warning system. Radio portatile con ricezione in Onde Medie e Onde Corte, il circuito è una supereterodina che utilizza 8 transistor al germanio (2SA103, 2SA31, 2SA112, 2SB32, 2SB32, 2SB32, 2SB33, 2SB33) e copertura in frequenza da 540 a 1600 KHz in OM e da 3,9 a 12 MHz in OC, la media frequenza risuona a a 455 KHz. L'antenna per le OM e le OC è avvolta su un nucleo di ferrite ma per implementare la sensibilità in ricezione si può avvitare un'antenna a stilo su un bocchettone posto sulla parte superiore del mobiletto. L'alimentazione è fornita da 4 batterie da 1,5 V tipo AA (LR6 or UM3). Le dimensioni sono: 16 x 10,3 x 3,3 cm (L,A.P) e il peso è di 0.6 kg. Anche questa radio, come molte altre prodotte in Giappone durante la Guerra Fredda, riporta sulla scala parlante due triangolini in corrispondenza delle due frequenze del sistema di allerta attacco atomico CONELRAD.
