S.N.T. mod. 611 - Società Negro & Torretta - Milano, Italia - 1959 Ricevitore supereterodina con 6 transistor al germanio: OC44, OC45, OC45, OC71, OC72, OC72 e un diodo al germanio OA79. La radio riceve la banda delle Onde Medie e a parte i transistor utilizza ancora componenti dell'era delle valvole, ma è una novità l'impiego di una specie di circuito stampato su cui sono collocate le varie parti. La custodia è in similpelle ed è dotata di maniglia per il trasporto. L'alimentazione della 611 è fornita da due batterie da 4,5V tipo 3LR12 collegate in serie per un totale di 9 V. Le dimensioni sono: 64 x 108 x 32 mm (L,A,P), e il peso senza batterie è di 1,2 Kg. © IK3HIA 2004.

The radio receives the Medium Wave band and apart from the transistors it still uses components from the tube era, but there is the use of a kind of printed circuit. The case is in imitation leather and is equipped with a carrying handle. The 611 is powered by two 4.5V 3LR12 type batteries connected in series for a total of 9V. The dimensions are: 2.5 x 4.25 x 1.25 inch (W,H,D), and the weight without batteries is 2 lb 10.3 oz. © IK3HIA 2004.
