Japan - 1963 Portable Superheterodyne Receiver for Medium Waves with frequency coverage from 540 to 1600 kHz. The radio uses six germanium transistors and a diode: 2SA102, 2SA101, 2SA101, 2SB175, 2SB176, 2SB176, OA70. This Japanese radio was marketed during the Cold War and was designed for the US market because on the round dial two small triangles marked the two frequencies of the CONELRAD alarm for a possible nuclear attack. National Panasonic mod. R104 - Osaka, Giappone - 1963 Ricevitore portatile Supereterodina per Onde Medie con copertura di frequenza da 540 a 1600 kHz. La radio utilizza sei transistor al germanio e un diodo: 2SA102, 2SA101, 2SA101, 2SB175, 2SB176, 2SB176, OA70. La radio giapponese venne commercializzata durante la guerra fredda ed era predisposta per il mercato statunitense perché sulla scala parlante rotonda due piccoli triangoli contrassegnavano le due frequenze del sistema di allarme CONELRAD per un eventuale attacco nucleare.
