Minerva Caddy All Transistor - Chassis: CH 1052 - Italia ~ 1965. Ricevitore portatile che monta lo chassis CH 1052 e utilizza transistor della serie SFT. Il Caddy è una supereterodina portatile per la banda delle Onde Medie, con condensatore variabile ad aria, antenna interna in ferrite e mobiletto in plastica con frontale in alluminio. Davanti a destra la piccola radio Minerva ha la manopola della sintonia e sotto di essa la manopola del volume. Nel pannello posteriore in mezzo a destra c'è la presa per l'auricolare mentre in basso a sinistra è situato il commutatore "Distante-Locale" per regolare la sensibilità in ricezione. L'alimentazione avviene tramite una batteria da 9 V per transistor (6F22). Dimensioni: 16,5 x 9 x 4 cm. © IK3HIA, 2006.

The Caddy is a portable superheterodyne for the Medium Wave band, with variable air capacitor, internal ferrite antenna and plastic cabinet with aluminum front. On the front right the small Minerva radio has the tuning knob and below it the volume knob. On the rear panel in the middle on the right is the socket for the earphone while on the bottom left is the "Distant-Local" switch to adjust the reception sensitivity.
